At JClark, product performance and customer well-being are at the core of everything we design.
We currently offer stain-resistant and bleach-resistant finishes on our leather aprons, engineered to withstand the demands of professional salon environments. In addition, we are actively developing a fully stain- and bleach-resistant denim apron, scheduled for release Mid 2026. This new design is being rigorously tested to meet both durability and comfort standards without compromising material integrity.
Over the past year, we have made intentional upgrades across our product line. These improvements include sourcing higher-grade cottons, transitioning to brass-plated hardware for increased durability and corrosion resistance, and implementing a reinforced triple-stitch construction to extend the lifespan of each apron. These enhancements have contributed to increased production costs, which is reflected in our pricing.
The cost of organic and natural-based denim has also risen industry-wide. This is largely driven by increased consumer demand for natural fibers, as many individuals are becoming more mindful of long-term exposure to synthetic materials. While research in this area continues to evolve, some studies suggest that certain synthetic textiles may be associated with skin irritation or other health considerations, leading many professionals to seek more natural alternatives.
JClark is committed to a sustainable, holistic approach to product design—prioritizing natural materials, responsible sourcing, and long-term wearability. Our focus is not simply on producing aprons, but on creating thoughtfully engineered tools that support the professionals who wear them every day.
We deeply value our customers and make every decision with longevity, quality, and care in mind—not short-term profit.
